MOVEMENT, MUSIC, RHYTHM, AND LEARNING

Calling all kids 6-12

A fun, evidence-based online group for children.

This will be a live, fun and free interactive group activity. We will talk about rhythm, music, movement, and its effect on writing, learning, focus, and attention.

This online learning opportunity is for kids and their parents and any other adult supporting kids with learning. Children ages 6-12 are invited as long as they can participate in a productive way.

Children can be so much more creative than us adults. I would like to have children involved to share their ideas because all kids are creative and often have better ideas than us adults.

Kids make music

Super easy - every child can create their own beats and music.

(If you don't have an iPad to make music, I will send you ready-made beats for the activities)

Kids will learn how to create music on the iPad with 'specific' sounds, beats, and rhythms for structured motor movements and activities. The activities will be focused on ball control (ball bouncing, throwing), and other sensory and motor control activities.
